The room was okay, nice and small, but no bathroom in the room, you need to share with others. The location is perfect, in the middle of everything, good for travellers.

It's a perfect vacation spot for anyone visiting San Francisco as a tourist. It's proximity to all the interesting sites is second to none and the rates are unbeatable. Main building and doors are a bit old but the rooms are fitted to modern standards and beds are very comfortable. The host, Mr Nick, is a very nice guy and made checking in quite seamless. The room cleaning lady also did an exceptional job throughout the stay. She made sure the room was always super clean and all linen changed nicely. I would surely recommend this place to anybody who's visiting SF on a low budget, it's definitely worth every penny. Rooms: Rooms are very comfortable and the views are simply amazing Nearby activities: Lots of restaurants and bars around, also very Close to tourist sites like Twin peaks, Randall museum etc. Safety: It's a generally safe neighborhood. I never had any security concerns during my stay. Food & drinks: Hotel does not provide food and drinks but there are several restaurants and bar options within less than 300m square of the premises.

They need better front desk personnel. Please hire someone friendly and nice, who can speak English fluently. This moody service is such a turnoff. I understand that people have to work with mad addicts and they have certain attitudes but its not justified being rude, moody, and awkwardly annoying. This is a problem all over motels/hotels in San Francisco.
