Adeliz and I worked on stage fright and performance anxiety. She is very knowledgeable about the voice, and is an experienced performer and singer. I trusted her guidance as she walked me through specific pressure points to relieve performance anxiety and release my voice! If you're a performer, I highly recommend Adeliz!

Forget the monthly massages. Go to Adeliz, she is so nice and gentle, and did wonders on my neck pain and energy levels. We're also currently working on fertility so I'll give another update soon. It was my first time getting acupuncture about a month ago, and now I'm on my fourth session. Honestly cannot even feel the needles and during your "rest" it feels like tingles and almost like floating on water. I really feel more energized after each session.

I received treatment from Adeliz a week after my son was born premature at 27 weeks.  My husband and I have had many sleepless nights with constant trips to the NICU (40 minute drive from our home).  Adeliz provided the relief and rest we both needed to ground and center ourselves during this stressful time, and I was able to experience an emotional release during treatment.  She also helped increase my milk production which our baby needs to grow big and strong.  Highly recommend Adeliz for her compassionate and healing energy!

Efrem Korngold is a world class acupuncturist. I have been seeing Efrem about three years now for a series of autoimmune issues. Each time I visit, I feel more restored. I have been able to decrease my medications and have even become more focused on the right, i.e., more positive and healthy, ways to live. Efrem listens thoroughly, reviews my UCSF medical history, and believes in a truly integrative approach to wellness. For my body, mind, and spirit, Efrem has been a true healer. I trust his care implicitly and cannot recommend this practice highly enough!

Janice changed my life! I initially decided to try acupuncture to help with my lifelong sleep issues, but after meeting with Janice I realized there was so much more she could help with - tension in my back, general stress and anxiety, digestion and stomach issues... the list goes on and on.I started seeing immediate results after working with Janice due to acupuncture, cupping (better results than a massage on my shoulders!) and Chinese herbs. My only wish is that I had started this decades ago, I had no idea how impactful these treatments could be and how much my quality of life could improve. Janice goes above and beyond when it comes to her patients and creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere, as well as paying very close attention to detail to her patients and their needs. I cannot recommend her enough, she is kind, funny and brilliant.
