They have excellent professional knowledgable staff that will answer questions, provide advice and motivation keeping you on-track during your weight-loss journey. Once you've reached your weight goal, they also help you stablize on a weight maintenance program that keeps the wieght off long-term. I've lost 40 lbs. and achieved my initial goal! Now, I've established a new goal to lose and additional 25 lbs. I'm already on my way. I am confident that I will get there and stay there with my partners at JumpStartMD.
