Went there to get an NHL hat and they told us there was an event being set up downstairs and it was closed to the public. Asked to speak to a manager and when he came over to speak to us he refused to go downstairs and pick up a hat. My friend with me asked him as a manager why couldn't he just grab a hat we won't go down there but he got loud and basically didn't want to help.out a customer. A couple of cops appeared out of no where and we left. We looked through the window of the store and NO ONE was even down there setting up for anything.... The attitude of the employee and manager were terrible and I thank God I'm just visiting and don't have to return there... Sorry san francisco you have rude people at lids!!!!

Awesome shop, lots of choice and great location. Really wanted a 49s helmet and the staff were really helpful in letting me purchase the display model.
