I had a really amazing experience here at Ace Hardware located in the Richmond District in San Francisco. One of my lightbulbs (not a standard one) shorted out, and I was worried about finding the right replacement. Only about 3 minutes went by as I was looking at the vast selection of bulbs available, I was approached by an employee named Kenny, who asked if I needed any help. Kenny took the initiative to ask me questions about the bulb, helped me find the correct one, and gave me some great advice on installing the bulb and making sure I handled it correctly during the process. The thing that made the experience amazing, was Kenny took the initiative to help me, genuinely assisted me, and graciously made me feel taken care of and welcomed to the store! In this day and age, finding employees like Kenny seems very rare, and Ace Hardware is extremely lucky to have a brand ambassador like Kenny to continue building on its reputation and representation. Thank you so much, Kenny, for helping me out today. You truly went above and beyond in customer service, and I will definitely return specifically to your location for any household needs and repair.
