Hi Stephanie, Apologies for the delay in response, I was trying to locate your client profile and or appointment in our system to apply a complimentary treatment redeemable during your next visit. I even checked all appointments over the last 4 weeks in case your appointment was booked by a family member or friend but was unable to find an appointment or client card for you in our system. The Owner Marie has been out on medical leave for the past 2 months returning back the first week of December. Its a bit concerning that you are stating that you left feeling hurt, as Marie, even in her absence makes it a point for everyone who comes in the door, stylist, management or guests, to uphold our mission of being a salon without borders by monitoring our cameras.
