        Not sure what happened, but my appointment was cancelled twice with no explanation. Is this place out of business? I certainly will not be going back. This is not the way to do business in a fragile retail environment.

        I came there for my appointment on time. and max told me I had to wait an hour because he was with a client. so he told me go grab something to eat my hair came out ok but when I went back for my second session he did the opposite of what I wanted and somehow blamed it on me & gave me attitude for it? Hes the worst he also trashed talked his other clients to me I even seen him burn lots of hair on girls
