Heading into WAVE for my very first beauty treatment was pretty nerve-wracking. I mean, I did a bunch of research beforehand, but still, the worry about what could go wrong was real. However, that all changed when I met Jenna and Annie, the clinic's nurse practitioner and her amazing technician. Jenna was incredible right from the start, and Annie was just as fantastic. They could both tell I was feeling anxious and went out of their way to make me comfortable. Jenna answered all of my questions with patience and clarity, while Annie made sure I had everything I needed and kept reassuring me. It was clear they really understood where I was coming from with my concerns. Talking to them felt like catching up with friends who just happen to know a ton about beauty treatments. Jenna made sure I fully understood everything and felt completely at ease before we proceeded, with Annie nodding along and adding helpful comments. This team effort did wonders for my confidence in deciding to go ahead with the treatment. Choosing WAVE for my first beauty treatment was definitely the right call. It wasnt just the excellent quality of the procedure itself, but the overall experience that really won me over. Saying I was pampered would be a complete understatement! Jenna's kindness and professionalism, coupled with Annie's attentive support, were hands down one of the best, if not the best, experiences I've ever had with beauty professionals. If youre feeling nervous about trying a new beauty treatment, I cant recommend this place enough. Youll be in great hands with Jenna and Annie.

The service is warm and considerate, with thoughtful reminders and many thoughtful little details to help prepare. The nurse who does the treatment is beautiful and gentle. She is very careful and conscientious in the treatment process. I am very satisfied with every experience throughout the day. Very happy process.

Great experience and love my results so far from getting morpheus8 treatments at Wave. It was my first time trying this treatment. Jenna did the treatments series of 3. She was fantastic. She made me feel comfortable and she was so professional and definitely knew what she was doing. The office staff is also very welcoming. I will definitely be back to check out the other services they offer.

This is the condition one year after the double eyelid surgery was done by the director of Wave Hospital. I didnt expect that the director was specially asked to do it and it turned out like this. Even though I communicated before the operation that the levator muscle peeling and canthoplasty were required, the eyes on both sides were not done well. One is long and the other is short, very ugly. This is a photo with a filter, otherwise it would be even more ugly.

Location is nice and easy to navigate. Customer service is good. Everyone is nice and helpful. They explain treatments easy and answered all the questions I had. Thank you to all the staff in sf!
