J & C Glass Works

Did an awful job on my window. It l let's in more air & noise than it did when it was shutting crookedly. So though it appears even, which is what I wanted, it is letting air in on the sides. It's freezing. Also they didn't even have the parts they needed to fix it at the time, did not offer to order it & used something else. Then the guy offered to come out & repair it again if there were issues with it. I tried calling back to tell them it has issues still, big issues, they never called back, citing the holidays. I called a few more times, finally this woman calls back and says it's fixed and they won't return. This was the complete opposite of what the repair guy said at the time. Don't waste your time or money here.

They are an awesome shop that still does repair and maintenance work that is no longer done by most other glass businesses.

Once again I'm fully recommending this biz.  They are straight forward & transparent with charges. Seems to be a family owned business so they tend to care more than the average glass company. All the best to Connie & employees. Fernando

J & C Glass Works did a great job. They were on time, fair priced, and detail oriented. They repaired my Edwardian style windows, with respect for the historic aesthetics of the past. They were as clean and neat as they could be, wearing booties into the house, picking up after themselves, and even bringing their own vacuum cleaner for smaller debris. Great job guys!
