Through my interior design business we ordered a coffee table for a client. There was a long lead time but that was no issue for us. Once it was getting close to the point of when it should ship out, we reached out to the sales rep Kevin to inquire about tracking. After SIX WEEKS without an answer and us needing to constantly check in, we were told that he doesn't know where it is or when it would be done and that we should just get a refund. Mind you, this is many many months after we ordered it. But we said fine and got the client to agree. He promised a refund ASAP, it's been TWO MONTHS with no refund and he is not responding to emails or calls again. Note: we ordered the exact same coffee table from a sales rep in LA and it's already shipped out. I have wasted so much time with Kevin and are still waiting for thousands of dollars to be refunded. I feel like we have seen a lot of different type of sales reps but Kevin is by far the worst. I don't even care at this point if he responds rudely....I just would like a response! Any response!
