Made a visit to the Showroom with my daughter and Patricia was able to take me in 20 minutes earlier than my appointed time. Appreciated her knowledge not only about the modular, but also was shipping expectations. Her communication was prompt via email as well. I look so forward to receiving my new 7th avenue!

Weve been looking to upgrade our living room, starting with a couch for a long time. We schedule a viewing with Patricia at Ghirardelli after a long search and bought the couch right there and then. We immediately connected with Patricia who understood our dog challenges, spills and food stories. We wanted our place to look more current, with light tones and clean but also comfortable enough to have our family and their dogs kick their feet or paws up on the couch and get comfy. Although the couch took a while to get to us it was all worth it. It came exactly as scheduled. It comes in multiple packages and when we had question we called both Patricia and customer service who called us back less than an hour, and this was on a weekend !!! Awesome. We are so happy with our decision. If youre on the fence take a look at the photos and schedule a viewing with Patricia and see for yourself. We made a day of it after. Great experience Thanks again

Patricia at the SF Ghirardelli Square showroom location was SO helpful. We didnt have an appointment, but she helped us out anyway and was so prompt in her responses when I had questions via email. The process was quick and easy, and we ended up buying our sectional the next day! We are so excited for it to arrive! Update: Weve owned our sectional for about 4 months now and I am so disappointed with it. I spent YEARS researching and trying to find something that would be best for our lifestyle, and we finally decided on Seventh Avenue. We thought that this sectional was the answer to our prayers since we have a dog and a toddler and it was advertised that these couches could handle any mess. It cannot. If you have messy family members, keep them away. Ive tried cleaning dirty spots and washing the covers in a machine. No luck. It really looks awful, so I will just replace the covers when my toddler is older at $100 a pop...

We love our extra deep sofa so much that it has become our second bed!!! We constantly fall asleep while watching TV. The extra deep works super well for our height and its literally like having a day bed. The pictures doesnt do its justice and I love tue fact that we can wash the covers as needed! Highly recommended!!
