I applied for a job at this place. I am highly over qualified. After reading the reviews at what a horrible place this is to work, I feel lucky. I own the products and grew up in SF. This is a perfect example of a short sighted company that does not truly care about local businesses . SF will never recover with a greedy selfish company like this. I just donated any product I purchased from you. Shameful

What attracted me at first was the sustainability, style, and artisanal quality of the products, but I will become a repeat client for the exceptional customer service. Today (05/14/23) I came to visit the Fillmore store to ask for a repair on a recent purchase. Once inside the store, I became witness to a very demanding customer who was behaving rudely to the staff who were at the cashier. I commend the patience, politeness, and calmness with which they handle this unpleasant and offensive (even to me) interaction with said customer. Moreover, the store manager replaced the item that I came in with, doing away with the waiting time to get it fixed. Again, major props for the stellar customer service at this location

Had a great experience at this shop. The staff at this location is amazing! Also love the minimal and elegant look of this brand.
