The doctor was fine, spent 15 minutes with me and said I should get a referral to see a specialist. But the front desk/management team is an absolute disaster. Wouldn't help me find a specialist in my network, so I went home and looked online in my health insurance portal. Then, when I tried to call Parkside to tell them, it was impossible to get a hold of them. Voicemail box full and rejecting my calls. Finally, after calling dozens of times, I got through. They said they would fax the referral to the specialist and contact me when it had gone through. Said they couldn't email--had to be fax. They never followed up with me. Luckily the issue went away but otherwise I would have had to go back to the office in person in order to get it all sorted out. Now, I have another issue and want to make an appointment but the voicemail box is full and they won't answer. This place should be shut down.

The 5 star is for both Dr Bellamy. I have been a patient for years and love both their friendly and approachable demeanor. It is a bit difficult to reach the office by phone. Best way is thru email and the app which is even responded to at night.
