        I took my son to see Dr. Segars awhile ago regarding medical records for school. The appointment was at 1pm. We arrived 15 minutes early because ii was my son first time to see Dr. Segars. When we arrived at 12:45pm, the Chinese lady at the front desk was rude telling us that they were still at lunch. She should have told us in a nicer tone of voice and more friendly. She should be happy that we were early then late. She was being so unprofessional. Also when I called the office, no one ever answered the calls or called back. On the other hand, Dr. Segars was so nice and friendly. We dont go back there anymore because his staff showed that they are lazy and unprofessional.

        Nice place to relax, people watch, eat good, etc. Service is typically above par. This place has a cool atmosphere. Menu is like a place in San Francisco I loved.
