Perfect experience. Communication was excellent before and after the appointment, all costs were explained to me beforehand, and the optometrist really made sure to take time to answer all my questions. Could not recommend more!

Had a pretty comprehensive exam, including measuring intraocular pressure and OPTOMAP retinal photography. Dr. May explained everything, albeit a bit too fast at times, but if you ask for clarifications, she'll clarify :) Overall, very happy with the exam, and I don't recall having a more comprehensive one anywhere in the Bay Area or Dubai.Not 5 stars because the choice of frames was limited to extremely expensive frames ($400 - $600), when there's Zenni Optical that sells functionally equivalent frames for $25 - $40. But if you're looking for handmade designer frames like Mykita, you're in the right spot!

I've been a patient at Loop since they first opened, and I'm so happy I found them! If you're looking for a knowledgable and kind optometrist, I highly recommend Loop.
