I keep coming back here, the staff is very friendly and they have all the supplies that I've needed. If I need a length of pipe that they don't have, they can even make it for me on the spot.Can't speak highly enough of this place.

Extremely expensive and terrible customer service. There are like 20 employees there and somehow it's still hard to ask a question.

Most of the employees are Chinese. No one spoke Spanish. If you speak English, Cantonese or Mandarin, you're good. They should have a bilingual English and Spanish speaking employee.If you need plumbing pipes, joints and connector, this is the place to go to. It's not your average Ace Hardware store.

I needed an electrical part and called for availability. The man on the phone was so mean and inpatient. He kept repeating which one, which one, which one! He wouldnt even let me speak. I felt horrible and regretted ever calling!
