Very friendly and always do a good job cleaning the clothing. It is cash only but that keeps the cost down. I'm so glad they are in the neighborhood!

CASH ONLY!! We didn't know and had to come back for pickup. The price is great for SF. We had a formal 3-piece suit and long dress dry cleaned here (~$26 & ~$20). I had the dress tailored to shorten the shoulders and hemmed multiple inches (3-layers of fabric!) for ~$60 when most places in SF estimated $90+. We scheduled for a week and it came back looking amazing- quality sewing! Would recommend. We also liked that they are open until 7pm so we can stop by after work for drop off and pick up. I used to use an online pick up service for my dry cleaning but I have decided to fully switch over to Rainbow cleaners! I think it's priced well. I love the hours. It's so nice that this store stays open late enough to drop off after work. That was the main reason I used the online service was that it was hard to get to the cleaners before they closed. They also do tailoring and I got a pair of alo sweatpants hemmed perfectly for a shortie like me. I did have an issue one time with a dress that was somewhat lost from my order and wasn't ready on my pickup date. They actually gave me the wrong dress. It was a little confusing because there were two long navy dresses. They handled it super professionally, resolved the issue, and comped the service. I really like to see this as a customer. When there is an issue don't make it a big deal, fix the issue, and everyone goes home happy. We all understand that mistakes happen but how they are resolved is what keeps the customer coming by. And if they didn't sell you, the woman who works the counter is such a sweetheart and funny too.

Been coming here for a couple years now (probably since ~ 2015) and I still keep coming here - even if it means driving up the peninsula because it's worth it! The seamstress/ dry cleaner associate and their quality of work is absolutely wonderful!! I really don't trust others with my clothes besides Rainbow Cleaners now, lol. For Dry cleaning: she has an eye for detail & will spot stains that I sometimes miss. Or when I come in with stain removal requests or dry cleaning requests for special fabrics (even for the rare but odd favorite stuffed animal), she is upfront about disclosing which stains will come out & which will be unlikely to help set expectations before I commit to dry cleaning special items. And she treats clothes with care! I've never had anything ruined by them (knock on wood), but unfortunately have had items ruined by other dry cleaners or streamstresses (RIP my old favorite blue dress and old blanket). The seamstress at Rainbow cleaner also has helped me alter/ shorten an tulle evening dress & suit pants, etc. Before alterations, I'll try it on the item & discuss with her what and why I would like shortened and ask her recommendations for how much to shorten, where to shorten, and why. And she'll helpfully explain (disclosure: in Chinese and I will admit my ABC Chinese is really more for basic conversations, nothing in depth on the level of talking about economics for instance - but the seamstress was patient with me; FYI, the seamstress also speaks English & is pretty friendly, but most of the times I come I try to practice my Chinese), that shorting by X length in my case may be best if I'm going to be wearing Y length tall evening heels for ascetic & ease of walking. And when I mentioned I hoped to loose a bit of weight before wearing the evening dress, she kindly explained how that would impact the length and the effect on my altering/shortening my dress, so we could decide together what would be the ideal length of dress for me. Plus, last but not least the prices are pretty reasonable for the quality you get! I've never seen other seamstresses & dry cleaners show this level of consideration to the craft and to impact they have on customer's clothes/special item's & the customer's experience and for prices they charge!
