I called to request a wellness exam to be seen for my sore throat that might need antibiotics, and after they said they can see new patients they told me they only accept new patient for cosmetic procedures what type of doctor is that. Zero respect about this.

Beware! Their paperwork asks you to sign your life away. It's an informal document created by the clinic itself that specifically states they have the right to charge your card for any amount that insurance doesn't cover. This is a non standard agreement which is illegal anyway but it could leave you hassling over getting charges off of your credit card and puts the burden on you to deal with it.

Dr. Nguyen is an extremely genuine and unique kind of doctor. Each time I receive treatment, he ensures I am 100% comfortable and happy with my results. I love the atmosphere of the office as well as the close-knit staff, I feel that I am always very taken care of.
