Brought in pioneer xd-xdz to be fixed the charged me $800 and after 2-3 months, I got it back. Although all features werent working I dealt with it. However, I ended up picking up a pair of studio monitors from them, tried to return them due to a high pitch frequency in one and a hum in the other. They told me they could repair them so I said ok. Never heard back from them after that. Everytime Id call they would ask for my phone number and said they would have the technician call me back. I would not recommend this place for repairs.

Called looking for a replacement stylus just now. They hung up as soon as I asked the question. Called back. No answer. Oh, well. This is why retail is dying.
