I like Ross Dress for Less because you never know what you'll find at a discount price. I have bought clothes, dishes, shoes, organization, jewelry, arts/crafts, paintings, toys, pet supplies, outdoor chairs, back packs, towels, and food products, to name a few, over the years. The prices have gone up, but relatively still affordable. I recommend it.

Check your receipts after purchasing!!! (In the store too because apparently it's your own fault if you catch someone else's mistake once you're already home).
I was charged for something I know for a fact I did not buy. I swear on my mother I did not purchase a jar and when I went to get a refund the manager deliberately lied and said she saw me buy it in the surveillance and there's nothing she can do. A I know I would not buy a jar I have enough clutter I wouldn't take it if it was free. B I matched everything I bought to my receipt and found I was charged for six items and not five. !I CAME HOME WITH FIVE ITEMS! It is really disappointing because I do not have money to waste and I'm a loyal customer of the store I come there often. The manager was totally out of line for giving me attitude and blaming me for a mistake that was made by them and after waiting for 15 minutes for her to slowly walk over still no refund! I was actually trying to do an exchange and was buying a pricier item too, technically it was a profitable exchange and not even a refund, so I just don't understand why look me in the eyes and deliberately lie to me. She had to go back and forth to "check" anyways would it have really been that hard to give me my 8 bucks back?? Not to mention i work in retail and know that that is very illegal. I'm not crazy!! I didn't buy the dang jar can I get my 8$ please Ross also could she not tell I didn't buy it when I was saying I didn't buy candy initially and she had to correct me on what it even was(i thought it was a jar of candy and it's just a jar Ig)???
