on my first visit to Soothing Dental the receptionist was exceptionally rude and for no reason. The lady was very condescending and had zero customer service skills. I still paid $172 for a "x-ray and check-up"- which did not even benefit my sore wisdom tooth. Cancelled all my future appointments here.

Stella did an amazing job! The office is beautiful...nice and calm. It is a quality place to get your teeth worked on.

If I could give more then 5 stars I would. Wonderful customer service and they truly live up to their name of soothing dental.

Went for a cleaning and a consultation for an oral appliance for sleep apnea in December. Prior to scheduling with them, I did tons of research trying to find dentists in my network. The receptionist at Soothing in SF told me they were in fact in my network, so I scheduled. Fast forward to today, I get an email for a $300 bill because my copay was too high. I literally have $27 left to pay of a $150 out of network deductible. AVOID this place, absolute scam.
Other than being a total scam, that was the first time I have ever been in actual pain after a regular cleaning. No bedside manner and no regard for your comfort. 10/10 would not recommend.
