Dr. Siu insisted on thousands of dollars of unnecessary work and held not clearing me for Invisalign without it when turns out thats not a thing. My orthodontist said the work Dr. Siu was recommending was unnecessary and the type of thing someone does after Invisalign. A filling he placed fell off after just five months. When I called they said sometimes that happens. Um, five months? Not going to speculate on his integrity or skill but: 1) a filling fell out after five months, 2) his treatment plan was unnecessary, 3) he lied about needing to clear me for Invisalign.

Fantastic dentist, very skilled, knowledgeable and very personable and comforting. Their support staff is also fantastic! They make the trip to the dentist not just easy, but pleasurable.

I've been going to Dr. Siu since 2012 and can highly recommend him! His office is wonderful! He and his staff are extremely professional, kind, and competent. Dr. Siu explains everything he does and is very thorough. He is up-to-date on the latest practices, technology, and dental research, and attends conferences and trainings regularly. His office has fit me in last-minute for oral health emergencies as well, which I have appreciated. It's easy to schedule appointments and communicate with them, and major bonus: he sometimes brings his patient-support pup Molly to the office. Molly is a hypoallergenic and extremely well-behaved lady who will sit on your lap if you want, and make you forget any dental anxiety you might have had! If you're looking for a dentist in SF, choose Dr. Siu! -MB
