        I’ve been waiting for 2 months for them to call me back with an estimate of how much the treatment I need it’s going to cost. I’ve been calling like crazy and I keep getting the same answer “our manager Susie is busy, she’ll call you back.” I would go in person but I can’t take time off from work for something they can do over the phone. Super annoying.
