Cocoon Day Spa Noe Valley

Been here twice, once for a massage and another for a pedicure. I wish, I was able to give this place a five star since the location is super convenient. Easy to find parking on the side streets. Overall opinion is that for the price, I expected better. My massage was in a room upstairs by the front and you can hear the hallway and front desk area. For the price I was expecting it to be more relaxing. The massage itself was good. My second visit was for a pedicure. They had switched the technician on me without letting me know ahead of time which they provided a discount when I mentioned it. The pedicure itself, too many coats that took forever to dry. They did let me go back for a touch up. After an hour of leaving the appointment once again it was ruined. On top of that they booked me for when they opened and the technician was 10 minutes late. The front desk mentioned she was going to grab me something to drink while I wait but forgot. I expected more for the price.

This place is great and everyone Ive worked with has been wonderful and very professional. I live a bit out of the way from their Noe Valley location but to me, its always worth the mini trip.

Had Amy for Therapeutic Deep Tissue. She is a hunter and feels for problems in your body. Your an tell her background is sports med and i like her details of what is connected to what. I feel great

I have been going to Cocoon for years. It is my favorite spot in the city for for facials, brows/lashes, and most favorite for endermology. Genevieve is the most knowledgeable engermology person. She helped with anything from fitting oli to a formal dress to long term problematic spots improvements. She is also the best facial guru.
