My office was here for a few months and I absolutely loved it here! Friendly staff, beautiful views and such fun community events. Here's a picture from the Ellenos Yogurt event in February 2020 and one from an Avocado Toast Community event. So thoughtful and so delicious!

Quick walk from Embarcadero Bart station and close to a bunch of fun shops and restaurants. The WeWork floors have great views and perks like coffee and beer on tap. Super friendly and helpful staff who make it a great work environment!

My office mate and I have been in WeWork for the past 3 years in San Francisco. Compared to our first building, we LOVE the staff at 353 Sacramento. They go above and beyond daily to ensure we are happy. So it isn't fair to quantify my rating on the staff or the intentions of the staff. 5-stars for them. (This is directly for the WeWork staff, but not the contracted cleaning staff). The deduction of stars is due to the quality of the building that we have had to endure for the past year. Dale, the main doorman/security is excellent. He remembers names, greets with waves and smiles and is a complete asset to the building. He makes walking into the office a pleasure. (The rest of the door security staff is top notch as well!) Once you pass Dale, you get to the elevators. Complete Russian Roulette. The buttons don't light up, fall off, will be taped off, elevators take you to the wrong floors. You never know what is going to happen - mid-rise all the buttons un-light and all of a sudden you are at a random floor. Everyone groans. Once you get to your floor after taking the "Uber Pool" of elevators we arrive to freezing hallways but yet our office - our own personal summer day in the midst of foggy San Francisco. We have a timer on our phones to "put in a ticket" every day to ask them to turn on the air in our office. Then we freeze, then we enter Hades... and so on. Despite the WeWork staff's attempts to get the HVAC system sorted with the building manager, a year later we are fairly miserable and can no longer rely on our internal temperatures to regulate our bodies. During the heat waves, we find solace in the bathroom. Why? Cause there is no hot water on our floor only cold water which we put on our steamy temples. I correct myself. There is no hot water in the bathrooms. If you use the kitchen sink, you can get scolding (liability!) water at a certain point but nothing in between. The cleaning staff has gotten better but don't expect a smile or "Good Morning!" not even a "good morning." (The 8th floor front desk makes up for it with always a smile and chat). So staff - keep it up! 5 stars. 353 Sacramento - stop making your tenants apologize for your cost cuts.
