I am a top level reviewer for google with 7.5 million views I'm in the top 10% of all reviewers and I have Never had so much trouble with getting a business to make simple changes to a biz account. First the phone number they have locked in and has Never worked, and it is NOT my number! and they still have Never responded. Secondly I have a 4.8 star rating for my business yet yelp refuses to allow me or anyone to add my companies reviews so I strongly recommend you DO NOT use yelp unless you want to lose money and jobs.

I have left. A1 star review here previously and it has disappeared. Yelp is terrible to work with. They do not have a fair process for a business owner to deal with online reviews. Google where are all of the previous hundreds of 1 star reviews for Yelp?

Very scammy company. They will extort businesses. Check out all the thousands of complaints on the BBB. They are probably the worst company to use for anything. PLEASE do your research before using Yelp!

They publish fake reveiws from accounts having one or two reveiws but hide legitimate five star reviews from accounts with 30+ reveiws.
