Their base pay is low and you're lucky if you get high tips just be able to pay your bills at the end of the month. The driving is very dangerous and stressful, but you are making customers happy. I had a hit and run accident after the end of my last door dash delivery. My car was destroyed.

Terrible service, couldn't verify my card that worked before, clueless customer service, spoke to 3 different agents, all 3 doing different things and none resolved my issue. Consider closing down your business.

I was deactivated as a driver and never sent an email telling me why which apparently is the only way you can find out. I haven't driven in over a month and there is no supervisor to talk to ever. Now I can't drive for 90 days and none of the representatives can tell me why. The representatives claim they don't have access to the reason for the violation so I'm just stuck.
