I was excited about their service, the convenience and the possibilities it offered. I had a specific need and I made my preferences clear that I needed Jeans. Jeans, nothing but jeans. My first preview was 1 pair of jeans, 3 shirts and a pair of shoes. I declined everything but the jeans, and continued. My first shipment (sent without any further review or approvals) was the 1 pair of jeans I kept from the preview, and 4 shirts.
I then made it even more abundantly clear. I said it multiple times in the shipment notes, over emails to customer service, and directly in an email with my stylist. Jeans. Send me 5 pair of jeans, nothing else. I was assured this would be the case.
After getting my 2nd shipment preview, I once again had 3 shirts, one pair of Dockers and another pair of shoes. I declined everything, and once again made it clear in the notes and in an email to customer service. "JEANS JEANS JEANS seriously please, JUST jeans! 5 pair of jeans please". Customer service apologized and assured me this would be the case.
After receiving my 2nd shipment (again, sent without any further review or approvals) it was 2 Jeans (one of which is super ugly, expensive and not my style at all), 2 Chino's and a T-shirt.
I'm done. Maybe I'm too particular in what I wanted. Maybe this service is better for people who want whole "outfits". Maybe it'll work for you if you're into getting random stuff that you didn't ask for at all. After this level of poor customer service, I'm out.

Poor customer service , weird brands , naive stylists will pick just about anything
Better off trying SheIn, menswearhouse or stately . Much better experience
