Ive lived 65 years and have experienced outstanding care to horrible care. One Medical falls to the latter. Im on an immediate hunt to find a new clinic. Man! They either just dont care or are absolute morons!

Absolute despicable business practices. Multiple erroneous bills (later admitted by One Medical it was their mistake), sent to collections erroneously (One Medical promised to freeze my bill while they investigated another mistake - they did not), miscommunications from nearly every team member, missed timelines from admin and billing departments, inappropriate communication between doctor / patient, misinformation from support team - the list could go on for days.
In addition, I escalated many of my complaints to AG, BBB, and DOH, as well as One Medical directors. One Medical directors refused to respond and falsified information in their response to AG and BBB. When I provided proof they were being dishonest (I shared screenshots of emails and text conversations between myself and One Medical) they refused to respond to my inquiries.
Unethical, immoral behavior from a company that touts amazing care of their patients. The world is worse because One Medical exists.

One Medical Billing Dept. is the absolute WORST! I have been going back and forth with One Medical for over a year regarding a charge I never should have been charged. It has been a complete waste of time and energy. Absolutely ATROCIOUS customer service. They are utterly inept and they do not care.
