Very quick, thorough, honest and knowledgeable folks. Figuring out what services I would need was easy thanks to the informative menu items on the site. Im a homeowner so my awareness level of what I need is close to zero. Learned a lot in the process and was able to hand off the files to my designer.

Alterpex was very reasonably priced, super fast, and their deliverables were much more detailed than any other as-built company we have worked with in the past. Our clients thought they were very nice on site, and there were no surprise items in their invoices. I highly recommend Alterpex!!

As a general contractor, having accurate and detailed information about the site is the key to estimating and planning properly. We just got a copy of our as-builts from Alterpex and are extremely satisfied with the level of detail provided. Alex made scheduling the on-site laser scanning easy and provided a quick turnaround for our as-built plan set after the site visit. Having experienced mixed results with the degree of accuracy of plans provided by architects and designers using manual measuring methods, I will certainly be engaging with these services wherever possible in the future.

Quite impressive process with timely delivery of plans and exacting measurements. No way one could replicate what they produced on your own.
