Overpriced, poor quality material, random store hours, terrible customer service, the return experience is awful.

Very disappointed with this companies policy. As much as I love what they stand for, Im livid about my last order. I made a purchase for 8 pairs of mens underwear online. 2 days later they launch a sale for early Black Friday (currently still on 18 days later) $56 less than what I paid for. While my order was still in transit I called to see if they would offer a partial refund for the price difference and they refused. Completely unacceptable. They offered me a discount code instead for my next order (which I dont plan to use or support this company after that) On top of that, it took over 16 days to receive my order which is ridiculous in this day an age. US order to Canada. Its disappointing because I really want to support companies that do good for the environment but obviously they care about their customers.

I love this store and this team. The clothes are all cotton, super soft, stylish, and made in an eco-friendly way. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and cares about the customer experienceand the store environment is serene. I had to make a return on an item that I purchased without trying in first and Ryan went above and beyond to process the return smoothly. Im super grateful to small businesses that make efforts to go above and beyond yo make a sustainable product and help out customers like that! I am a huge fan of the soft and stylish corduroy pants, and the work out tops and leggings! Great fit and feel. I highly recommend pact!
