Went today and store was closed during posted business hours and looked empty. Maybe they're closing permanently but both Google and their website name this location and hours the same.

WORST COMPANY EVER!!!! When it comes to professionalism and curiosity, CUSTOMER SUPPORT has gave me the worts shipping process ever! I order my stuff exactly on nov 24th, 2023 and it is now dec 22nd, 2023 and nothing hasnt even been touched which Im completely convinced Im not getting my order for 30+ days! customer support giving me UNPROFESSIONAL comments like they pick and choose which ever orders they want to go out first is not right and I hope BERNER betters his company because he doesnt stand for this !!

If I could give them zero stars I would I placed an order over 6 weeks ago. It hasnt even been shipped. My mother in laws placed order after me and got hers in the mail already had to go purchase different things for my son.

i ordered my trap friday stuff on the 23rd n still havent got a tracking number for anything ive never had a problem with cookies before i own lots of merchandise from this brand and ive never had an issue till now shipping is always great but right now its bad ive been emailing customer service n no replies what so ever have any of you guys got your trap friday stuff like the comment if you have the same issue
