We scheduled with Chimney care servicewhen we first bought our house and they send Daniel out for a regular sweep and clean. The team was great to work with, fast, efficient and tidy. Daniel went above and beyond educating me on the optimal timing for future cleanings based on our anticipated usage and explained my options for repairing & preventing damage that was starting on our chimney. Sweep your Chimney did repair and restoration of 3 chimneys, installed a stainless-steel liner, and performed parging of smoke chambers for 4 fireplaces. They completed the work in two days, were punctual, clean about their work and the quality of work looks outstanding. I highly recommend.

I made an appointment with them and they were able to come within the week. I thought my fireplace was gas but they let me know it was electric and advised me to what I needed in order to get the fireplace to work. Needed a new remote and battery. Later we were able to discover that the fireplace could be turned on without a new battery or remote directly from the fireplace which we were not told. But appreciate the help nonetheless.

Great experience! The technicians let me know when they were on their way and the communications throughout were excellent. After the inspection, they were able to do the repairs the same day which was a pleasant surprise (I figured I would need to schedule a follow-up for that). They talked me through a couple of other recommendations they had for me to follow up with my HVAC people on, which was very helpful. Highly recommend this company.

We moved into our house last year and our 2 gas fireplaces didn't work. We ended up replacing them both because the cost and warranty made that the better value rather than fixing the old units. Unfortunately, we didn't use them too much this year because it wasn't that cold, but they worked great when we did.This year, daniel came over to do the annual inspection and did a great job explaining everything to me and checking everything. I thought I might have a gas leak in one because I had one last year in the old gas valve of the other.He assured me that it was just the smell of the new fireplace since we still hadn't used it much.Overall, I am very pleased and like all the businesses I keep going back to, they have friendly, professional staff and give you the total cost up front (obviously, if there's additional issues, that can change), so you're not left with hidden or mysterious charges. In essence, they are easy to do business with, so they're my go-to fireplace people for the foreseeable future.
