I used to shop here a lot for my kids and have always found great items. The incentive was always that it was easy to leave clothes that my kids had outgrown and receive store credit for items that they wanted to keep and resell. Everything that they didnt want I could leave for them to dispose of. Recently, however, it has been difficult to drop items off, because they now require an appointment and they make me take back the items that they dont want, so it doesnt save me a trip to Goodwill. What used to be a simple trip that I could make whenever my schedule allowed is now a more complicated process that requires much more time and multiple trips, so I am much less likely to use their services.

I've been a loyal shopper and seller for years and years. I thought it was really unethical that the shop didn't contact their clients when they closed the Solano Avenue location. I sold a big bag of clothing there the first week of October and the shop was vacant when I stopped by the first week of November. They have transferred my credit to the other SF location but they should have let their clients know they were closing. I would have taken my consignment elsewhere and I will guess that many other folks may not realize they still have other open locations and fear their consignment is lost. Very disappointing business management decision in my opinion.

So I bought what I thought were soccer cleats. They were labeled as soccer cleats. They're actually baseball cleats. I then left messages asking them to call me back so I knew what I could do to return them . They never called back. I thought their Berkeley store was closed, so I went to their SF store. They wouldn't take them because I hadn't returned them within the week. And I hadn't returned them bc they didn't call me back. I don't recommend this store. I've been going for years. I've never had to return anything until now. The lack of concern was mind blowing.
