I worked with Shea in June of last year when I was making the jump of moving to San Francisco. I was already nervous and was more nervous about finding the right job for me but Shea made sure I was comfortable. I truly felt my wants were being heard and she made my experience beyond enjoyable! She is such a sweet woman to speak with, is energetic and wants to make sure you find the absolute best fit for you. I could tell she was passionate about finding families that had personalities that fit with mine. Shes with Golden Gate Nannies is absolutely amazing at what she does. Shes is amazing at follow through and supporting people where they are at, whether that be with families or the Nannies she seeks out. I love that Shea is real, down to earth, and always willing to listen and relate.

Shea was very helpful to work with! She had a solid interview process and a stress free one at that. I matched up with a great family who had been vetted. I felt safe throughout the process, only took about two weeks and Im a month into the position now! Loving working with the family and feeling good about my employment. She even helped me negotiate the pay that worked for *me* and made sure i was being paid accordingly for my experience level. Loved the assistance because my last family put off getting the contract put together and 6 months later I still didnt have one. Thanks Shea!!
