        All the staff are super helpful including Mario. The manager Steven was the best. He helped me through a tricky issue: the porting process completed but I couldnt activate with the SIM card. I called the customer support 5+ times but he was able to fix the root cause. I wish AT&T has better validation logic, because the porting shouldnt succeed if the IMEI is a dummy and I definitely put the right IMEI so I am unclear why theres dummy IMEI attached to the eSIM card.

        The Att store on 16th street was great and helped me transfer all the info from one phone to another.I had originally bought phone at Costco and the manager Ed was horrible and lied to me about helping transfer info so went to 16th st.
