Rumble Boxing

I would give it 4.5 stars. The staff is very welcoming, everything is so clean! And they have soaps, lotions, hair ties, and even cotton pads available to use in the bathroom. It's a great space. I had a class with Amy, she's great. The workout is no joke, but it's fun. I'd recommend you know some of the basics before going to this class, practice the right positioning of your feet and how to move (rotate). The space is very dark and with loud music, which is not for everyone. I got earplugs (loop) and they worked great at reducing the sound a bit. The mic sound is not the best, but again, the earplugs actually made it better. Not sponsored, but I'm actually surprised and happy about it.

I LOVE THIS CLASS!! Its well-rounded, and my favorite instructor is definitely Johnny. He is an excellent boxer, he brings not only his exceptional boxing skills but also a wealth of knowledge and positive vibes to each class. The sessions are both challenging and enjoyable, and when you wrap it up, you genuinely feel that every moment was worth it!! Highly recommend!!

Stay away if your health is of your interest. Some classes are louder than the loudest concerts I have been to. Even with earplugs your ears are ringing after class. So loud that I had to leave the class because it was pain in my ears. Total nonsense trying to be cool. This was definitely the last time I joined a class. This was Monday 5:30pm with Emma.

Emailed asking them for a receipt and they never responded though they keep sending me promotional material. I would feel more valued as a customer if they would respond and issue me an official receipt. Edit: they did eventually issue me a receipt though it did take a lot of effort on my part.
