It is a 60-minute tour. The ship run every 1.15 hours. My ship is quite clean. There are 3 floors. I sit on the roof and it is quite windy and cold. There are lots of spaces and not so crowded. Have a good time here.

Of the bay cruises available at the pier in San Francisco I'd say this is the absolutely no frills, no comfort, budget option. The ships are rusty, the inside is worn and sparse, there was no type of commentary at all on our cruise and there was really loud and annoying music playing (it didn't even fit the cruise, we like music but this was just harsh). The staff was just sitting around waiting for the cruise to end. On our next trip we will be going Red & White Fleet or just hopping on one of the private boats down at the actual fisherman's area of the pier (we noticed these on our last morning and thought it would be a better option than the big fleets). We did Red & White Fleet on our previous trip and it was much more ship shape and professional. Blue & Gold are phoning it in.
