Gilmans Kitchens and Baths

Do not use this company, they seems fine a the beginning but when we received out first order the the dimensions were off and cabinet doors did not match for the wall units, told we have to wait 2 month for a replacement and that i had to leave the wrong version in my living room because they could not take it back. Received second unit cabinet door correct this time but wrong size cabinet so could not us it. They offered to have it redone within 2 months, i declined since i had Holiday guests arriving in 2 weeks and did not trust their cabinet maker anymore. Said they would pay for me to find and rebuild cabinet so i did and have it reconstructed. I sent invoice and they short changed the invoice i sent without so much as to why. I had secured a service to remove the first wrong cabinet but then they called an told me they could take it away, they even scheduled to pickup date and cancelled on me and have done nothing about it. Stay clear of this company fair warning. Service: Custom kitchen cabinet construction

We worked with Gilmans to design and order cabinets for a wet bar project. They have a great collection and we are very happy with the end results. Wanted to particularly call out Rashad (who no longer works there) for helping us with good design recommendations and Tona for helping quickly resolve some incorrect parts shipped by the cabinet company. Would definitely work with them again!

Several years ago our friends used Gilman's to remodel their kitchen. Their experience was relatively good, therefore we decided to use Gilman's too and did not bother to check the reviews. Bad mistake. Our own experience was not good at all and now that we are reading these reviews we can see that complains about Gilman's customer services similar to ours go back to more than a decade. We cannot comment on the quality of the craftsmanship because it never even came to that point. Getting an estimate out of these people was like pulling a bad tooth. Five weeks and numerous calls later, received a rough number orally, over the phone, but after we asked for an itemized written estimate, we never heard from them again. It took less than a week to get an estimate somewhere else and it took less than a month to have it done. And it cost just a half of the Gilman's so-called "quote"!

Broderick is great,knowledgeable and professional. Service was fast and very good. I had custom size window screens always made there.Very satisfied with their work. Will definitely use them again.
