        Went there to get some change deposited and they refused to take it unless I hand wrapped them myself. Most of the other chase banks Ive been to have a coin counter but not this one. The woman at the front told me to go to food co 3 miles away

        They're refusing to refund people who were scammed at the ATM. These people are are entitled to the funds due to the law but Chase Bank is being just as dirty as the scammers.

        I had a great experience last week opening an account with Justin Tawney (I think that was his last name). He was able to fit in an appointment that day for me and he walked me through the whole process which took a while (I had to open two accounts). Justin was courteous, patient, and knowledgable. He was able to see me as soon as I arrived for my appointment, and there was no line for a teller when I left. Perhaps things have turned around since older reviews of the bank are not favorable, but I have only great things to say about my experience there and highly recommend it.
