My experience at First Republic Bank was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to Sean who epitomized what superb customer care should be. Sean was diligent, efficient, and exceedingly helpful, showcasing the essence of customer-centric service that First Republic is known for. The cherry on top was the delightful swag, a thoughtful gesture that added a nice touch to the overall banking experience. Its these little nuances that set First Republic apart in a sea of corporatized banking entities. I hope JP Morgan Chase ensures the intrinsic values which make First Republic a choice bank for many, remain intact. Stopped in this location earlier this week after experiencing an identity theft issue. They were so warm and accommodating. It made my day to try their cookies also; which just might be the best in town.

This has been our "go to" location. Everyone is nice there. I've seen mostly 2 different ppl. One is kim. She's helped a handful of times and "spiderman" (I forgot his name) but his nickname was Spiderman because he used to keep a Spiderman figurine at his desk. They are both still there today. Kim was super helpful today.
