        Great customer service, I visited this branch after being turned away from a different one in San Jose, it was a few minutes before closing and I had an uncommon request; my jewelry were stolen while on a trip to Europe and the insurance company reimbursing me had sent me a form to be filled and signed by my bank before they wired me the funds. The teller I spoke with told me to go visit the manager and he was in his office. He listened to my issue and while making sure the form I was filling was legit and the case was not a scam on the insurance part, he gladly printed, filled and signed the form for me. I truly appreciated his time and service. Will be back to this branch!
