I need to wire transfer funds for closing while traveling. For some reason, I could not complete the wire transfer online and had to do it in person. Linda from this branch office helped me update my account to fix the outdated info (I think that's why I could not do the wire transfer online) to have the money transferred right in time. She is very kind and knowledgeable, I appreciate her help very much.

Bank manager Robert, of this location, may need retraining. Robert enforces feelings rather than actual policy and common sense. My roommate took in a money order to pay part of our monthly rent via deposit into our landlord's account, which is not uncommon, and as people often do. But, it did not play out uneventfully as it usually does. Robert seems to think that unless a postal money order expressly says it does not expire, it in fact expires after 6 months. This is untrue and easily verifiable on the USPS site and hundreds (thousands?) of forums. That is how checks work, but not postal money orders. Yes, the postal money order was 6 months or more old from the date it was issued, but that should not matter at all. The teller stamped the back of our postal money order with a guarantee that the money would be credited, but then back pedaled and decided it was not valid, and then the genius himself, Robert, was willing to stand firm on that claim. Imagine being a bank manager and not understanding that postal money orders never expire, and in the process, impeding payment of somebody's rent, thus making it late. Playing with people when they need to pay rent is an unexcusable act, Robert. My roommate went back with proof that they don't expire, yet the great bank manager Robert continued to refuse deposit/payment without providing any clear reason as to why he'd do such a dumb thing. This is why traditional finance must be taken down and also why Robert needs to be taught a lesson. Robert is a subpar individual of very poor character. Robert lacks any kind of compassion and understanding as to how postal money orders work, and probably was not well liked in school. I hope Robert must walk a thousand miles, barefoot, over small Lego pieces and that his rent is late too. Robert, Robert, Robert. Yuck.
