Great bank and excellent service. Conveniently located in Chinatown San Francisco this community bank has great community feel and loves its customers.

I moved my money out of a mega-bank and put it here. This bank has all the services I needed and many that I don't need. I like, especially, the professional yet polite/friendly manner. Especially nice is they don't hustle me with the psuedo-questions like, "How has your day been?" Or "Are you doing okay to day." These questions are forced by the higher ups in the mega-banks. I don't want to be hustled into new accounts, savings plans, mutual funds, etc., I just want to quietly do my banking. This is what I get at Metro Bank. When I made a mistake on my math, they called me up and helped me make corrections. Nice and personal touch. I like this bank.
