        Horrible customer service. They said their machine to do cash advances on credit cards has been broken the past 3 times that I have been there. And those times were spread out over one year. How can a bank not fix it's machine to do a cash advance for a customer on their credit card for an ENTIRE YEAR!???? Unbelievable!!! I would never bank here again!!! No effort to perform basic bank functions.
