Came in to do a simple cash deposit, and didn't feel comfortable using the ATM. The staff was so quick and friendly, I almost wanted to open a new line of business just to return the favor!

The customer service at this First Republic branch is unmatched by any other bank I've ever worked with. I visited today because I had stopped twice at my usual Bank of America to deposit savings bonds and they were both times unable to help me. My guy at First Republic, Phillip Donnici, is exceptional...and got my savings bonds on their way into my account with no issues! My meeting was efficient, my problem got taken care of, and I was treated with extraordinary service.

It was a pleasure to have been served by Phillip Donnici. A few weeks ago my Fiancé and I opened up a joint checking account with PhIllip. I was a little nervous about the whole process but Phillip was kind and affable and put me at ease. He offered us cookies (that are awesome) and an umbrella. Since then I have called their office with several questions and spoken with Lina Tran who has been such a delight to talk to too and I'm excited to go back to the office and  meet her in person. Hopefully I can get more cookies!
