        I find it very unprofessional of you that you do not at least limit the quantity of items that people can purchase to make sure people who have been waiting at the back of the line don't waste their entire morning weekend standing in your line or do something else. You are or should be aware of this and so far you have been either complacent or lack accountability to do anything about this, or maybe all you care is your bottom line profit which seems more likely to be the case here.

        Vibes are on point, pastries are next level. Ive lived in France before. The croissants dont disappoint at Butter & Crumble. B&C REALLY shines with those flavored options, alsodont sleep on the savory pastries! Theyre incredible. Just get here, stat. Phenomenal.

      Hi. We limit very much! I assume you came on Easter where we actually limited to 5 per person to make sure we could spread the pastries as much as possible and came outside and gave constant updates. We had also been warning for weeks that Easter was going to be very limited for walkins. I urge you to follow instagram or check the website or call especially on a holiday like Easter where we were not operating fully. We try SO hard and care SO much (please check my instagram) and comments like this are so painful and hurtful. If you came outside Easter, we limit to 10 pastries per person 3 of each flavor and are able to feed most of the line! And if this review is based on a normal operating day, then I would love to explain how our production works!! We have info on the website as well. This is all from me, the owner, who this feels like a personal attack about especially it seems like without knowing our story!!!!
