The store has terrible service. When I asked the cashier lady where I could pick up the coconut water, she said I should wait on the line. After I waited over 10 minutes, I finally faced to her who told me pick up in the refrigerator by myself. She yelled every one when I complained her service. Why does the store keep so terrible service?

I wanted to like this place. The atmosphere in the store was nice and easy to navigate. The service was fine, but you don't really interact with them until you get your order. You place your order at a kiosk and then wait for them to call you. This is also a place that asks if you'd like to tip. I'm all for tipping in many instances, but it felt weird here when you don't even talk to anyone until you get your food, say thanks, and leave. I'm also leaving a lower review because this may have been the toughest sandwich I have ever eaten. I got the sourdough roll because I generally prefer sourdough over regular bread However thos particular sourdough was incredibly difficult to bite into and chew. I was wondering if it's part of a new diet to slow you down and exercise your jaw. The meat and vegetables were very fresh and good, but they were hard to enjoy due to the bread. Overall, for the price, they charge pluse fees I would not recommend this place when at the airport. Vegetarian options: There is a pizza, soup and sandwich without meat! Parking: There is no parking lot specifically for this restaurant. You come to this restaurant because you are at the airport. If you wanted to come here you'd have to use a parking garage and go through TSA. Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome. Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible by wheelchair.

Bad experience, I went because I wanted to try the clam chowder, it was horrible and poorly served. The one who served us was super rude and moody. The truth is we went because there are not so many options to eat at the airport, but the truth is I would not return. If you go, see how things are served first, before ordering there. PS: the coffee was not good either.
