Jorge Sr. and Jorge Jr. are terrific. They communicate proactively and they follow through. I had an LG stackable washer/dryer that was being replaced with an all electric unit. Jorge Jr. and a co-worker arranged to pick up my LG units within a couple days of contacting them. They were 15 minutes early! They were in and out very efficiently, even capping the gas line! Excellent service. Highly recommend.

I was very disappointed. R M. had posted that 'Jorge from Rancho Grande [Came] to evaluate my broken washing machine (at no cost!) "That is no longer the case. They now charge $70+.When did everyone start charging an arm and a leg to look at the issue?

My dryer stopped working on Sunday an they came in on Thursday wasn't in my house 45min an my dryer is up an running if you have any problems with a dryer or washer RANCHO can fix it I give them a 5 I love this place
