My dryer was not working correctly any longer. I called at the end of a workday and received a call back the same day and scheduled the visit for the next day. He was professional and honest about what was wrong with the machine stating that I needed a new machine. He said it would cost just as much if not more to fix the machine so he suggested I buy a new one. While he was there he cleaned out my vents in preparation for the new machine. He also made suggestions on new dryers which was so helpful. I would highly recommend American Service Alliance!
